Scout Fund Raising Day 13/07/24
We are thrilled to share that our recent Family Fun Day was a resounding success!
This event was held to promote the 1st Highfield Scouts and to raise funds for our new mini bus. Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we raised a fantastic £614! The day was filled with a variety of fun activities and games, including Tin Can Alley, raffles, book sales, a Scout One-Armed Bandit, and roasting marshmallows over an open fire.
A highlight of the day was the set of stocks, where some of our brave leaders got drenched with thrown sponges.
Our café kept everyone fed and hydrated with delicious burgers, hot dogs, and drinks.
